Job Description: The Research Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordination, successful execution, and publication of various research projects for spine surgeons, residents, product development. The person needs to have strong self-starting qualities to independently manage coordination of multiple projects to ensure timely and successful completion. The job requires the individual to be a team player with the ability to function well in a challenging and fast paced research laboratory environment. Must be enthusiastic, positive, even tempered and have strong skills in areas of dependability, interpersonal relationships, communication, organizational, and flexibility. Research Responsibilities Assist in the planning, creation, and maintenance of a state-of-the art research laboratory with all necessary equipment Develop protocols with surgeons, PD personnel, and researchers
